Mr CK Chan, CCP having accumulated 7 years of experience in corporate commercial banking, Mr CK Chan possesses specialized knowledge in credit risk and fundamental analysis. After his tenure in the banking industry, he expanded his horizons by joining a leading Asia based asset management firm (in the CFD/Forex industry). This provided him exposure to algorithmic trading, managed accounts, and the regulatory framework of the Fintech industry. Additionally, Mr CK Chan is a current shareholder of Stratos Private Equity Fund, a private equity fund that manages over US 100 million fund.
He firmly believes that technology and data analytic can empower fund managers to form better investment decision and faster execution.
Ms ZOEY ERFinance Director
Zoey Er holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from the Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak Campus. She has more than 9 years of corporate treasury experience with Labuan companies, as well as semi government agency in Malaysia.
She is responsible for the oversight of the company’s accounting and finance functions in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, including financial reporting, treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting, tax matters, and audit coordination. She ensures the implementation of sound internal controls, maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides timely financial analysis to support management and governance needs.

Cass Tham holds a Degree in Business Economics and is a business development and investment professional actively involved in the growth and expansion of Alpha Well Ltd. Cass plays a key role in driving regional expansion, strengthening institutional collaborations, and supporting capital-raising initiatives for high-net-worth and corporate clients. Her approach combines relationship-driven advisory with strategic execution, focusing on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
She has experience in investor relations, strategic partnerships, and business development across the Southeast Asian financial landscape.

Mr WINSEN LEEVice President Operation
Winsen, a business professional with extensive experience in operations and digital transformation. Winsen has consistently led small, elite teams, driving innovation and fostering change within businesses.
Winsen possesses strong capabilities in corporate fundraising and investment structuring. His experience encompasses key areas including pitch deck preparation, deal structuring, corporate structuring, due diligence coordination, and investor matching.
As Vice President of Operations at Alpha Well Ltd, Winsen will focus on strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing strategic execution, and supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion within the investment and asset management sector.

Mr Justin Ong holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from the Monash University of Malaysia. He has more than six years of corporate treasury experience with one of the largest international property developers, and a leading REIT management firm in Malaysia. Not to forget his two years of internal audit background with a local financial institution. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance with applicable rules and regulations, handling legal matters and later took on additional risk management roles.
