- Handle Accounts payable, receivables and GL functions.
- Perform day to day accounting tasks.
- Monitor and control petty cash & claim transactions.
- Prepare payments and maintain bank reconciliation while ensuring discrepancies are quickly resolved.
- Maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records.
- Assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and responding to queries.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agent.
- Responsible on general administrative tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time
- Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
- To generate various report within the timeline.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the Account Manager or the Management.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or in a related field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Labuan, Malaysia.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting System
- Able to handle multitasking
- Experience and knowledge in accounting in finance industry is highly preferable
