Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers by building trust and long-term relationships – private banks, family offices and HNWIs and meet sales target.
- Carry out market research and competitors
- Assess potential of prospects with a true deep and wide approach while developing strategies for greater account penetration
- To provide excellent customer service to Investors and potential Investors to ensure queries and complaints are attended to on a timely basis with the expected level of standard.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to the superiors and management
- To assist with administrative tasks, including submit claims, filing, scanning, and photocopying documentation
- Manage database entries and files in the proper portal
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports in PowerPoint / Excel
- Coordinate processes with internal, external and/or third parties when necessary
- Other responsibilities entailed
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or in a related field
- Candidates with sales / digital marketing background in finance industry will have an advantage
- Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin and local languages
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Sales and Communication skill
- Able to handle multitasking
- Willing to travel or outstation (if required)
- Must have valid driving license and own transport
- Be comfortable cold-calling and self-motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market
- Able to work independently, under pressure and a team player.

Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to Account Manager
- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting works
- Prepare monthly accounts, budget, financial management reports and all other accounting matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Assist in updating the team of any newly circulated statutory compliance activities including local tax and accounting standards requirements.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Dealing with tax agent, external auditor, company secretary, consultant and regulatory authorities.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information (accounts, reports, analysis and financial forecast) for decision making of the management.
- Handle weekly and monthly fund accounting tasks, including tracking fund performance and reconciling investment portfolios.Involved in all aspect of accounting functions and ad-hoc projects assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Professional Certificate such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS office and computerized accounting environment. Familiar with UBS accounting system would be added advantages.
- A fast learner and willing to learn new tasks given.
- Self-starter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight datelines.
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines.
